Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via your selected shipping option.

If you prefer delivery to receive your prints on a specific date, an additional cost will be applied, please contact us at prints@milligram.sg before choosing this method. We will provide you with a shipping arrangement best suited to your interest

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver Islandwide in Singapore! We do not cater to international shipments for now

Where are our working days?

Our working days are Monday - Saturday, excluding public holidays

How can I check the status of my shipment?

You will be notified via email once we have shipped your product! For Singpost normal mail, items will be untrackable. For standard courier, we will attach a tracking code together with your shipping confirmation

*We will not bear any losses for missing postage if Singpost Mailing is chosen

How are the shipping rates charged?

Our Shipping rates are inclusive of handling & packaging, hence it is slightly more costly for bigger/odd sized prints or prints that requires special handling

Am I able to change my shipping details after I order?

If you require your items on a specified date or expedited shipping, please contact us via email at prints@milligram.sg  We will be unable to change the shipping status of your product once it has been shipped out.
